Below are the official USFA Excel spreadsheets used to report qualifier results. These have been prepared, double-checked and transmitted to the USFA by your Division Secretary.
However, rumor has it that the Secretary is a mere human, and therefore, capable of mistakes. It is every fencer's responsibility to check each pertinent result sheet for accuracy and to follow-up with the USFA to ensure that his/her results have been processed. One of our members recently encountered an instance where the USFA lost track of paperwork. So, give them some time and then CHECK!
Pre-qualified competitors will not appear on these forms (unless he/she actually competed on the 18th). Please check the USFA pre-qual listing for Central Florida to ensure you have been counted. A link is available on our home page.
Please kindly report any issues with the spreadsheets to the Secretary so that corrections can be made quickly and the forms be resent. CHECK EVERY COLUMN PERTAINING TO YOU.
It is highly recommended that everyone check the status of their rating on the official membership list to ensure it is up-to-date. A few rating discrepancies were found prior to the qualifier and those fencers were contacted. If your rating is wrong, contact the organizer of the tournament in which you earned/renewed the rating. If you fail to do this, the USFA will use the rating it has recorded for Nationals.. not the one you earned!
*Veteran's - the category dropdowns in these forms are protected and do not provide a "VET" option. This is why the forms are marked "DIVII" or "DIVIII" based upon your rating. The USFA has been notified.
